Kerala is a State on South India's Tropical Malabar Coast. This Recipe Originates from this State, and is one of my Favorite Chicken Recipes :) My Parents were born in Kerala and they always had chicken curry on the menu during the weekends while we went home...and

YES we were always in love of the flavors of Chicken Curry and all other Kerala Dishes they made for us!
Nadan Chicken Curry involves Cooking the chicken in its own juices along with the fresh slightly crushed spices like ginger and garlic, the sautéed onions, the coconut milk and the aromatic spices from Kerala. Then the entire dish is cooked uncovered until the sauce reaches almost minimum, and every bite of chicken is infused with all the flavors and spices of Kerala.
Tip: I didn't use it in this video, but for the Authentic Taste, I would suggest to use Coconut Oil for Sautéing.
